Terms
When you choose to enter into an inventory management agreement with us, we offer flexible terms to suit your needs. The agreement can span a period of up to 3 years, with a minimum order of 12,500 tokens per year. This fixed framework allows us to guarantee a stable price throughout the period, ensuring financial predictability for you. By entering into an agreement, you not only get the benefits of fixed pricing, but also the assurance that we always have the tokens in stock for you. You don't have to worry about running out or having to place large orders all at once - our agreement gives you continuous access to the tokens you need.
Price
For the entire agreement period, we guarantee a fixed price of 0,53 Euro per token excluding VAT. This price is locked in for up to 3 years, which means you avoid price increases and unforeseen costs. The agreement is structured with a one-time start-up fee of 120,63 Euro, which covers the set-up costs. This fee ensures that we can quickly get the agreement up and running and start fulfilling your orders right away. This way, you can rest assured that you won't experience any delays and that your inventory is always up-to-date and ready to go.
Ongoing payment
We offer a highly flexible payment structure where you only pay as your orders come in. This means you don't have to budget for the entire annual contract in one go. Instead, you only pay for the tokens you actually use when you need them. This recurring payment model makes it easier to manage your costs and allows you to customise consumption as needed. At the same time, you avoid tying up cash for large, one-off orders, giving your business greater financial flexibility. With this solution, you can easily adjust your orders and costs as your business evolves.
